Get to know Carrie

Carrie Dugan is an associate consumer loan officer, based at the bank’s Oak Hill and Jackson locations. She brings seven years of banking experience to the OVB team. She earned her bachelor’s in business management from Truett McConnell University, where she discovered her love of numbers and lending. She is also a graduate of Jackson High School. Carrie was drawn to OVB as she longed to work for a local bank that also places emphasis on community involvement, which she is very passionate about.

In her community, Carrie is a member of the Oak Hill Athletic Boosters. She also volunteers for various local events and causes, including the Oak Hill High School Clothing Closet and Prom Closet.

In her spare time, Carrie enjoys watching her daughters run cross country. She also prides herself on the ability to tell a great “dad joke” from time to time. Carrie currently resides in Oak Hill with her husband and two daughters.
